Brent Wilson joined NAI Commerce One's team of dedicated real estate professionals in 2008. Wilson, formerly with SullivanHayes Brokerage and Retail Brokers, Inc. in Denver, Colorado, brings a wealth of experience in retail leasing, land acquisition, entitlements and site selection services to the team. Brent's career began in 1996 with the development consulting firm Berryman & Henigar.

Education

Wilson earned a master’s degree in Land Planning from the University of Florida’s College of Architecture. He is also a professionally-accredited land planner, having passed the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) exam in 2000.

Brent is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and is one of only six real estate brokers in Idaho to have attained ICSC's Certified Leasing Specialist (CLS) accreditation. He is also a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) candidate.
Brent has provided site selection and disposition services to many retail and restaurant clients - including Dillard's, Carmike Cinemas, Ace Hardware, Jack in the Box, AT&T/Cingular Wireless, Del Taco, Cici's Pizza, Walgreen's, Wells Fargo, and Rumbi Island Grill.
